Owner & Boil Master Matthew Peterson throws Fuel on the Fire which will cause the Water to "Boil Over" the Rim of the Kettle, this is also the end of the Fish Boil Cooking Process.

Not only do we serve our Traditional Wisconsin Door County Fish Boil every night, we also serve Breakfast & Lunch from 7:30am to 2:00pm seven days a week offering our homemade Corned Beef Hash, Eggs Benedict, Swedish & Buttermilk Pancakes, Breakfast, Lunch & Dessert French Crepes, Eggs cooked to order, and our Early Riser Specials.  Our Lunch Menu offers Burgers, Hot & Cold Sandwiches, our Portabella Foccacia Sandwich & Pesto Chicken Wrap, Homemade Soups , Kids Menu & Daily Lunch and Breakfast Specials.
